This book is great for building some fundamentals of inner game. This book will help rewire your brain to make your success with women a whole lot better.

John Alexander explores the differences between Alpha Males, Beta Males (aka Nice Guys), and Jerks. I really liked the fact that he differentiated between the Jerk and the Alpha Male because I see way too many guys running around acting like dumbasses and picking fights just to flex their nuts and try to prove that their and alpha male. The real truth is that alpha guys are on a whole other level and dont need to prove themselves to anyone. There was a section on Boyd language, which I found to be all technically correct. However, I dont think that the way to become an alpha male is to neurotically monitor your body language. In fact I believe that thats backwards. Once you adopt the proper alpha mindset, your body language will naturally relax and open up.

This book covers a lot of thing that I think you would personally benefit from. Youll learn how to be a better conversationalist, little trick to improve your appearance, how to workout to get a better physique, and much more. This book just keeps on giving and giving in nearly every aspect in life. I really appreciate though how John Alexander focused on on controlling your own thoughts and working on the inner workings of your mind. This is, in my opinion the most important part of the book. There are a few instances where he covers specific things you can do. I think these can be beneficial to you if you combine them with reworking your thought processes. Dont however just think you can do a few things without reworking your thoughts and get the results. That is a dangerous mindset to enter into this with. When you buy this book, you need to make sure you focus and nourish both your inner and outer game. In fact, when your inner game gets strong enough, youll find that you dont even need to worry about your outer game. It will just take care of itself and youll find that you just automatically say and do the right things.
