J.D. Fuentes' Sexual Key is a pickup artist's manual that teaches its pupils to "grab instant control of any woman's secret emotional machinery!" This method claims to enable men to use the "automatic, built-in 'love trigger' in her brain!" The book claims to instruct men to "understand her more deeply than she understands herself, so you can give her the hard, direct, emotional injection that makes her feel raw craving!"

While this book's apparent psychological and/or neurological approach to seduction is interesting, we tend to be somewhat skeptical of "mind control" approaches to pickup artistry. The original pickup artist scene, as pioneered by "gurus" like Mystery and Neil Strauss, teaches the use of psychological signals and body language, but does not imply that a woman's brain can be so easily "programmed." This approach seems to be a slight departure from the established principles of seduction. We will review this product and its teachings for their ability to successfully improve the sex lives of men.

Sexual Key seems to operate under the principle that the brains of men and women are distinctly different. This apparently means that "Women's brains have thicker connections between their left and right hemispheres, and as a result, women's brains merge language and emotion." In keeping with this belief, this method maintains, "words touch off emotions" in the female brain, and that "you can use specific words to attract and arouse a woman within minutes."

This is also described on the Website as "touching a woman's hidden 'do me' switch." Also offered by J.D Fuentes is a free book called "Hypnotic Leverage," which apparently teaches "covert hypnosis" to pickup artists. Another downloadable "bonus" e-book is called "Gut Impact," which apparently teaches a man to recognize another person's "personality type."

We generally believe that the art of seduction usually requires more than a few "key words" designed to set off neurological arousal in a woman. We further believe that "mind control" techniques seem rather far-fetched and excessive. While psychology, non-verbal communication and body language are the recognized tools of any pickup artist, "mind control" or hypnotism are usually not involved. Some consumers might prefer to believe that they can utter certain "magic words" in order to get a woman to swoon at his feet. The reality is, however, that the process is generally more intricate than this. Men usually must learn about human psychology and interaction in order to succeed in seduction.
